NBA Contracts are obscene right now so under 20 mil/year for Noah doesn't surprise me.

It's not like it's 2006. Steven Adams might get paid 100/4 years just off the skrength of his hungarian bodybuilder mustache alone :manny:

He did get that actually and I'd much rather pay Adams than Noah and it's not even close

Why are you (A Celtics fan) making a thread about the Knicks. GMs have been handing out terrible deals for years, but this afternoon you decided to make a thread on Noah :what:.

Because he wants to trash a division rival? What's wrong with that?

Just watched the Knicks game vs the Thunder. He made a cut to the basket, had a PG switched off on him, and he didn't even look at the basket, but instead opted to kick it out to Lee for a corner 3 (miss). Kanter & Adams both gave him that work too (on the boards and scoring on him in the low post)...

At least when Nene destroyed him in the playoffs years back, he was still able to average a double double for a little bit of get back, but he couldn't even fight back tonight because he doesn't have the same motor to outwork other bigs nightly: As a fan of his, it's truly hard to watch

Lumping Lee into this post shows how lame and desperate you are for attention.

The Lee signing is widely regarded as a great deal, at a lower than market price.

The Noah deal was a disaster from the moment it was reported. Phil does not really have a feel for the job. But what else is new for the Knicks? Haven't had a competent GM in decades.

Lee definitely signed a market level deal it will look good now and depreciate by the end of it...

But Noah was a wtf deal when it happened because he was only going to Knicks.

Wish I could find the reactions after that deal became official. I remember quite a few people defending it :hhh:
