Even in NYC cops can't be everywhere breh.
Plenty of crime happens where the cops are nowhere to be found.
For example a year or two ago some young brehs drove though a red light and pulled out a gun with a extended clip on some high school kids in the middle of the afternoon in Brooklyn, no cops were around.
Also people hop the subway turnstiles all the time and usually get away with it because every station doesn't have a cop in it.
In the situation this thread is about, it seems like he parked in front of the building and walked right in, takes less than a minute to do that.
