If you drink half a gallon of water a day, it's pretty easy to shyt 2 times a day

I eat majority fruits and vegetables and chicken and fish, not too much beef and pork, and tons of beans like I can eat a can of beans every day and I eat them oats and eggs every day & a gallon of water.
