I know. That's kind of what I said. He would have been banned regardless because he had to log on to update the system so it would simply function. There may be other guys with one early that have avoided a ban, but yeah, he most certainly didn't do himself any favors by broadcasting it..I agree.

But that not the same thing because it would have been launched in other countries by then and the NDA is lifted. But If someone would have had a PS4 2 weeks ago while the nda is still in place he would have been banned.
