That's cool and all but prices haven't gone down.
Who gives a fuc if there aren't Spanish speakers around you if you still can't afford sht.
Like how is a magat supposed to respond to opposition with functional brains if they say "cool, you spent a shytload of tax money to close the border and turn Latinos into slave labor. People still don't have family doctors, still can't afford rent, still can't but houses, still getting laid off, still have to spend a shytload of money on groceries.
You were supposed to fix that and you didn't. Peoples lives are worse in every way since you took office."
This is a viewpoint of privilege. You can only say this because other people are taking their burden for you. This is exactly why migrants were shipped inland to blue strongholds because yall are clueless about the real issue plaguing tens of millions of Americans.
They literally had to be at the doorsteps of boston, chicago, Pennsylvania and new york before democrats even agknowledged that the migrants were an issue.
To the millions of Americans living on or near the border this is a godsend bigger than egg prices. Imagine waking up weekly to items stolen from your shed or car in new mexico. , arizona, and texas by opportunistic migrants. Imagine living in an allegedly safe suburb on the outskirts of el paso or Las Crucez but your kids arent allowed to play in your backyard because randos are jumping fences on their way in from Juarez side of the border. And this is just the safety issue and says nothing of the depressed wages of tradesmen, factory operators , and domestic farm laborers in these states.
Even fiscally, its a mess. Imagine the school systems forced to take care of millions of illiterate children whose parents didnt contribute a dime to the district. New York, the biggest, wealthiest city in America turned into chaos because they couldnt house a tenth of the regular flow of migrants that the exponentially less capitalized cities in Arizons or new mexico have to deal with. (And With minimal federal aide)
