None of that determines buzz. For example, critics on MCHG, but anyone saying that it wasn't buzzing would be lying to themselves. "Holy Grail", "FWitMeUKnowIGotIt", and "Tom Ford" were all songs that were hits at radio. "FWitMeUKnowIGotIt" was huge in the streets. On the other hand, Yeezus had all the critics , he had his image on the sides of buildings of major cities in preparation for the album, performances on SNL. Meanwhile, it's the least impactful album of his career. None of it's singles did anything and "Bound 2" benefited from being parodied and releasing a video that basically showed Kanye and Kim having sex.
