New M3 or used M5 is pretty much my dilemma right now. Always told myself I'd never get into any 3 series. This M3 has me reconsidering though. Only thing is I see them EVERYWHERE in Southern California.

To be in the same price range as a brand new M3. 2014. Mileage 20k-30k

I think the F10 is M5 is one of the greatest. But it's not on E39 M5 level. So not sure it's something I want ot hold on to long term.

This is going to be a car I hold on to for 8-10 years (gotta finally settle down). Which I NEVER do.

The US market has barely gotten any of the RS modes but yeah they're usually the best of their platform. I don't think people dream about buying a base model Audi.

I've loved the tuned S4's and S6 I've owned. They're very capable cars.

I went to test drive a a7 I wasn't feeling it. I went and bought a CLS because it just had a better feel to me.

I haven't driven one, I'm sure it's not particularly exciting performance wise. I think the CLS is at a S7 price point, you probably should have driven one of those.

What model package did you get on the CLS? What feels better to you about it?

I drove a 63 for 4 years. Sold it a year after the new body dropped.

Haven't been able to enjoy my GS350 F-Sport because of the 63. Haha. So I gotta make sure the next car is at least 500HP.

I'm trying to buy a e39 M5 or a e92 m3 but having a hard time choosing which one. Can anyone provide any valuable information on the e39 M5? I've driven a e93 M3 so I have an feeling of what the e92 would be like.
