Medical and retirement are huge complaints by workers.Yea look at that tentative agreement if they keep medical and retirement the same. They probably give a raise close to inflation or up to inflation probably on a 3 year deal.
Another thing is they hire a lot of ppl as supplemental employees and they can keep you on that status for 2 yrs until they finally decide to make you full time. I'm glad I started as a full time employee, but it's messed up how they do all their employees
