I figured this out at a young age.

But leaving unrinsed toothpaste in your mouth feels weird af.

Even worse after 6+ hr if you went to sleep afterwards.

I normally just do a half way rinse, to get the benefits of not rinsing, w/o as much as the weird feeling of not rinsing at all.
