Jay Z said himself in an interview, that he asked a rapper(we now know it to be Nas) to appear on "Can I live" and when the rapper refused he had to quickly write another verse(on paper) to the rest of the song. Now, ask yourself, why didn't he just write those 16 lines in his head like the rest of the album?
It is very much possible to memorize 4 bars here, 4 bars here, over and over. That's possible. I can do that. There is absolutely nobody writing full songs as ill as Jay Z and Biggie over the course of an hour or 2 and spitting full songs in 1 take. There is no way any of you believe this nonsense. I refuse to believe you are this gullible. Stevie Wonder also writes and reads in braille.
I’m so confused at your confusion. You act like we talking about a 2 minute mile or a 2 second 40. The question isn’t is it humanly possible (lol tf), bc even trash rappers can do to.
The question is can you do it with quality. And that comes down to skill, repetition, life experiences, themes. If you give a talented spitter, with that skill, a theme….it’s easier than you think. And then it’s much easier when you’re talking about real life situations. If I asked you to think up a song about the day you was shot, or the day your son was born, or tell ‘em about your childhood, etc, would it be hard? You’re just recalling and making 1 word at the end rhyme
Ie Jay’s verse on Regrets. If these are real events and people he’s talking about, it’s simple recall. Making the words rhyme is the easy part!
Or one that pops up on my head is the rocafella freestyles Beans and free back and forth. They been in those situations, it’s easy to come up with it on the fly. And making a song in your head is easier than that bc it’s not on the spot

Bruhs believe anything
22 Two's is not really that complex. It's clever, but not that intricate. It's fly street corner talk. That's why the song has a crowd setting
