Jordan won 3 rings without Rodman, :whoa:

you coulda put Anderson Varejo or Reggie Evans there and nobody stoppin Jordan from 6 rings

You're not answering my question though.

Second...you couldn't. When Ho Grant left, the Bulls lost in the playoffs because they needed a volume rebounder and defender in the low blocks. Rodman was needed.....and wasn't "made" by MJ.

Yall niqqas are ass backwards.

MJ was ringless until he got a Hall Of Fame coach and a Hall of Fame second option

Same can be said for almost every ATG with a ring. The ones with 3+ all had both of those. Thats why this topic is so silly and had been silly for the last three years. nikkas literally acting like the leagues history didnt happen. :russ: Its amazing what a little :umad: can do.

:rudy:

rodman was a beast on offense :ohhh:

:comeon:

allen, chalmers

kobe still gets doubled consistently, you cant double lebron because of wade and bosh its that simple

You can't double Lebron cause he the best passer in the game. Kobe 8 turnovers last night is a example of why u can double him. :smugbiden:

the subject is touchy, because those debating wont allow the argument to have a middle ground.

i in no way am saying pippen was a scrub. what i was pointing out was on the premises of what the thread starter said, jordan did not have a team that kept him from being doubled teamed. rodman was no scoring threat. teams laid off him all the time. pippen was not dynamic enough of a scorer to bring all the attention of the defense on him enough to keep jordan from a double team. jordan still dealt with many nights of teams doubling him. this is not calling pippen a scrub, this is just a fact. if you watch many of the older bulls games jordan still dealt with heavy double teams on most nights. it was only a few teams like the knicks, heat who would go man to man and not send the double cause they really feared the open shooters like bj, hodges, paxson, then later kerr, buchler, kukoc. but it was no other player on those bulls squads that commanded a double every night, enough to keep mj single covered.

and none of what im saying is to totally agree with the premises of what the op is saying, but when this argument is made, many people keep bringing up pippen and rodman, and act like it still wasnt many of nights jordan had to go complete ham to get wins.

He was the reason that the Magic knocked the Bulls off in the 95 ECF..

Phil was like "We're gonna make Horace beat us"

and he basically did with that wet jumper from the top of the key.

This argument is so stupid. Anyone wanna name a team that won it all, that didn't have at least 2 HOFers on the team?
