He's not. This is the first time in his career he's averaged over 20 ppg - not to mention it's only been 15 games.But kawhi ain't top 5?

You can't be a top 5 player without a generous amount of elite play in the past. Kawhi doesn't have that. 15 games isn't enough to be microwaved into being a top 5 player. It's as simple as that.
