I already spoke on dbry and Cesaro, both Vince guys.

Punk has already been discussed as well.

I will give him credit for Hero, El Generico and Bruno Sammartino.

In the future read through one of my threads before wildly posting.

Wildly posting?

Before HHH got control, did Vince ever push guys like Bryan?

I think logic tells me HHH had a lot to do with the push of guys like Bryan. You say Bryan was a Vince guy, is there nay proof of that?

Again if you had read through I already explained.that Vince wanted.to feature Bryan prominently on NXT. His first match on WWE Tv was against Jericho and Vince said We made a star tonight.

Sammartino, Jericho being back, video packages before people are brought to the main shows, and longer title reigns have been accredited to Trips in the sheets. I think all of those are good things but I wouldn't say he's saved anything or I feel optimistic about the future if he's given the reigns.

You shouldn't. He hasn't proven anything. That's television and presentation things..that's not corporate shilling or dealing with suits when it comes to major risks and decisions.

Bottom line is that people arent going to give him credit for anything because they have some hard on for him over sht that happened years ago. There has been a noticeable improvement in virtually all facets of the WWE, since HHH has assumed control, but we know positives will be downplayed, argued, and ignored, while negatives will be accentuated by some.

Hold up, that's a whole lot of generalities in there. Not all of us are here to shyt on dude, but rather get a healthy debate going. TGO's question is legit, because outside of signings, all I'm hearing is guesses on what he may have had a hand with improving, with no facts. People saying he's doing a great job when we don't even know what that is.

Let's take the tag division for instance - something he got well deserved credit for. It has already gone back in the bushes 6 months after being hot. The slapped together teams are already broken up and gone back to doing random jobs again (Cody/Sandow) instead of going into either midcard title scene, and the real tag teams (ie: PTP) have absolutely 0 momentum anymore. Back to square one again, as predicted. So if he got credit for that, then it should be revoked - or was 6 months the plan? Divas? Forget it. Don't know why Punk's reign is being attributed to Haitch. What were the options? Either Punk lasts till RR, Ryback beats him at HIAC and drops it back to Punk at TLC, or Ryback faces Rock at RR? Yeah, Executive Decision needed there. :dead:

Though I'm with you on this thread, in fairness, that part was actually Jericho and not Vince.

As per Bryan's interview on Hot 97:

Bryan talks about how his vegan lifestyle may have worked against him early on in the WWE. Bryan tells a funny story about his first night in NXT. He recalls that after his match with Chris Jericho that Jericho went to the back and said “we could use this guy.” Vince McMahon responded with, “Who is going to buy a guy that doesn’t even eat meat?” Bryan, “He was absolutely disgusted.”

With that said, doesn't mean Haitch was the one who gave him the initial WHC push either (but was more likely the one who booked Sheamus winning RR/WM 18 second debacle, if anything :heh:). Could have been Ed Koskey for all we know :yeshrug:
Again, we'll know for sure when Vince dies :krs:

He has had some good moments as well as some bad ones. But i still think his influence is a little overstated. Because until he dies Vince Mcmahon is the final decision maker in the WWE.

Yeah, but per history, we also know Vince will listen to those who have influence and whose word he greatly values. And who has more influence with him than HHH right now?

Punk was doing his quasi shoots on Cripple leading to Summerslam during the contract signing episodes talking about how he and Johnny Ace were happily firing Chris Masters, despite his improvements and now he's some saint? LOL.

YoungCJ, thank you for that Bryan tidit.

TGO talking a whole lot of bullshyt like Bryan was some handpicked Vince guy, and then flat out making up a story about how Vince said Bryan was a star after the first night of nXt.

Why lie TGO

Which is why he got fired shortly after right :mjpls:

lol, that was out of everyone's control. He never even got fired, they released him, he got paid to sit at home for 3 months (due to the 90 no work clause) and they brought him back as soon as it was over.

Link?

Because every time I heard that story it was Jericho telling everyone Bryan can be a star.

It was in the WON Newsletter and was discussed AT LENGTH on the Observer Radio. You really need to calm down though and stop being so homotional, I never lie.

The Wrestling Observer Newsletter

Vince McMahon was reportedly pleased with Daniel Bryan's performance on last night's premiere episode of WWE NXT as he felt they made him "a star" in one night as a result of his interaction with The Miz and match with Chris Jericho.

A Simple google search came up with infinity links from other sites that report WON tidbits so here are a couple:

And that again could have been true, but he may have just been testing Bryan, Vince loves to test guys to see if they have it or can take it. Link is above, from WON. Appreciate you posting the other truths in this thread though.
