They gave me generic old head advice which I did bush from the jump I’ll admit:mjlol:but I did a little research and that’s what I came to. But it’s also not recommended to program hop when you aren’t intermediate yet so I’m stuck with modifying A.D workout:francis:
The point I was trying to make. You don't need to be modifying anything at the beginner level. You are supposed to be learning how to properly lift and follow a program. It's about building a foundation.

Stop dikkriding them old heads. You said it yaself they had their doubts about the program, I tweak it (adding additional ab work which was well within the program creator interest) and all of a sudden imma know it all nikka. Fuxk you I’m out, gotta go train

I only fired shots when them ego lifting, plate watching, form checking, 10 minute rest period nikkas came at me for my #s when this my first time consistently back in the gym and obviously not intermediate yet

I squatted 4 back in April and I didn't start seriously squatting till last Feb

Posted clips on here too, same with my bench, at 305 and I could barely hit 225 once

Yeah I did alot of drop sets of 185 to 135 cuz I don't like benching 225 without spotter, that helped me alot, im at 12x reps now for 225
You were already lifting, "seriously" just means with the intent of reaching those numbers. I don't know breh's history but he wasn't in the gym before this he's not benching 300 or 400 in one year off the street.
