What they need to do long term is make sure russ is surrounded by good rebounding and three point shooting

Russ is a balls to the wall slasher, mid range shooter, good passer and rebounder...bad three point shooter

They need shooting in the worst way. They'll be alright in the regular season based off defense and fast breaks and I think they might lead the league in pts off TOs but it won't work in the playoffs without shooters.

I'm getting 2011 Bulls vibes from OKC in terms of style of play. Going forward it has to be Russ and shooters...just don't know where they find the shooting.

They still need to trade Russ, he'll just waste his prime there. I wonder if Bird would trade Turner for Russ, Denver would be an interesting trade partner as well. In terms of fits, Lakers would make the best trading partner, but such a move wouldn't make LA contenders.
