Either trade Russ to the Celtics for Jaylen, the nets pick, and another pick or try to find a package to get Butler from the Bulls. There team doesn't have to blow up. They have good to great pieces

Celtics not trading all those picks for a rental. I see them trading Bradley, Crowder and one of the Nets picks with other fill ins. Not all them picks and Jaylen too with the Possibility that Russell walks next summer and we stay with nothing.

Is it crazy and too farfetched to think Russ would resign with OKC? I think he has longed for his own squad and Presti has proven himself to be a top 3 GM in the league. The man knows how to build a team. This OKC team is still much better than any other team he could realistically go to. They still have Oladipo who can be an All Star. Kanter and Adams are still there. If I'm Russ, I want to show that I can carry this team.

Maybe trade Kanter and get some picks and hope for the next star. Next years draft is deep. I believe Russ can be a number 1 option. Why leave OKC? They still have a good team and room to build it to be better.
