Trolls should be banned, but you're barking up the wrong trees. It's not the mods allowing them to stick around.
It's the admins who can and can not ban.
You all want to direct your ire and have a conference about why posters like @Urchin are tolerated -
especially when one of the owners is a black male -
then you need to take it to the administration.
I honestly suggest using the event staff if they won't respond here. That way no one can say you didn't follow protocol or they didn't see it.
Every website puts their foot down eventually, and so at some point, you're going to have to say enough is enough.
