If you add up full seasons jordan was actually 6/11. One year he got hurt, one year was baseball. The 2 wizard years shouldn't be counted. Jordan left about 5 years on the table.

So Jordan was going to win something in 1986 if only he hadn't gotten hurt.

Jordan was fresher than everyone else and averaged 30-7-5 in the playoffs in 1995, but it doesn't count because he missed the first half of the regular season.

Jordan's last two years don't count even tho he playing 35 min/game, but Lebron's teenage years count.

Hell they was younger than a lot of those OLD west teams MJ faced.

Barkley said himself that TD is far superior than him, many times. So if HE's saying it, you can't sit here and be like "bu bu by but Barkley is better" TD slowing him down.... he ain't stopping TD

KJ wouldn't even made the last 6 all star teams and at best is the 8 best PG in the game but still not as good as the top 4 he would see

The difference with Jordan's record and why it cant be topped is it was an ascension. He and the bulls improved every year and once they were on top, they didn't stumble. They werent dethroned. #1 seed, 60 win teams... once he and the bulls were on top, they didn't disappoint or choke. There wasn't any doubt he would come out on top.

Can't say the same for bron and company. #1 seed, 60+ win teams not making the finals. Heat super teams going 2 for 4. Cavs 1 for 3. No consistency and too much doubt in his playoff/finals career. He's the best player in the league for how many years now and people still doubt if he can win it all as if he's a rookie.

And one dude is talking about expansion diluting the league to discredit Jordan's rings. So, is Bill Russell the only one who has legitimate rings? There were 8 to 14 teams when he was in the league. He retired in 1969. Kareem was winning rings 2 thru 6 with 23 to 25 teams in the 80s. His rings are inferior to Russels then right? 9 team expansion in 11 years.
