The talent in LA isn't that bad, the issue is the PF position, neither Nance or Randle are the type of PFs you want with LeBron.

For the lakers to get 2 max FA's next summer i think they'd have to give up Randle anyway

LA

The story about his wife wanting to live there is the perfect out for him, he can just frame it as she's been a long for the ride for the last decade, and now he's going to give her the destination she wants.

I'm not sure how I'd feel about stanning Bron beginning from next summer :jbhmm:

76ers
4th largest US market
Stay in the East
Buddies with/mentor to Simmons
Team up with Embiid, Fultz, Simmons, Saric, Covington, etc.
They can add Bron to the team without tearing it apart
Embiid is the key to beating GS :blessed:
Trust The Process :birdman:
So LeBron is going from one terribly run organization to another? :usure:

The Sixers have the best collection of talent, especially when you consider they have enough caproom for two maxes and how many guys they have that can play the 2-4 (Saric, Simmons, Covington, TLC, Korkmaz) but there's just no way LeBron goes there, he'd get in the way of Simmons too.
LeBron James can't "get in the way" of Ben Simmons though. :heh:

Now who else wanna fukk with Hollywood Court?

Yes he can, it's too much redundancy and Simmons falls into that same "Forward with questionable jumper so he needs the ball" category. Simmons is going to need the ball in his hands as much as possible to start off his career.

How do you think Giannis would look right now if his first 4 yrs were spent playing with LeBron, would he be the same player today?

No, I should've been clearer. I'm saying LeBron James can't get in the way of Ben Simmons in the sense that your team is a lot better off with LeBron on it than Ben Simmons on it.

So they're gonna dump love, Thompson, shumpert and crowder by next summer?

Why you think they gotta dump Crowder? He hardly makes anything and would be a fantastic bench piece for an old roster.

JR goes before Crowder does. Use IT to get someone to take JR's contract, use Love to get someone to take Shump's contract, and use the pick to get someone to take TT's contract. Carmelo comes through one of those trades, and if the other stuff is all expiring contracts, then Cavs have $30 million in space.

The question is whether Wade/CP3 would take a pay cut to play for that team if it means bringing the Superfriends together.

CP3/?
Wade/Osman
Lebron/Crowder
Carmelo/?
Zizic/Tavares

That's a damn thin roster...really depends on one of the centers working out and someone coming in to be a backup point guard (would Rose sign another year for nothing?). But Lakers in 2004 almost made it work with a super-thin roster, and Boston in 2008 did make it work without a ton of depth.

An interesting thing would be if Milwaukee wants anything Cleveland has...say trade IT/TT/Shump/JR/Nets pick for Monroe/Henson/Middleton.* Let Monroe walk, sign CP3 on a pay cut, and you have:

CP3/?
Middleton/Osman
Lebron/Crowder
Carmelo
Henson/Zizic/Tavares

That would be an incredibly versatile lineup even though its thin. Osman/Crowder would be the perfect inserts to match against the Warriors' Death Lineup.

CP3 vs. Curry
Middleton vs. Klay
Lebron vs. Durant
Carmelo vs. Iggy
Crowder vs. Draymond

That shyt looks even to me, TBH. Could be a GOAT Finals if everyone stayed healthy.

Plus, Milwaukee would have:

IT/Delly
JR/Brogdon/Shump/
Giannis/Snell
Jabari Parker/Teletovic
TT/Thon Maker

+ the Nets pick

Use the Nets pick to grab a guard...that squad waits for Cleveland to get old and they got next in the East.
