So who else enjoyed that wrestling classic between Orton and Lesnar?

He was, but Orton's shoulders ain't built for him to make Brock look like Dr. Death on those suplexes.

But if anything, Brock got pissed about that DDT he took. Nevertheless, no reason to go that far with it. He legit KO'd Orton.

I think he was tryna give him a stiff elbow just as a receipt type of thing but ended up bussing him wide open

Ambrose losing to Brock wasn't the problem. It was the way he lost.

Ambrose kept talking about being the iron man of the WWE and indestructible. So we were expecting him to take more punishment and fight through the pain as the underdog. Instead the match came to an abrupt end with Brock needing just one F5 to finish him. Did Ambrose's character no favors imo.
it was VERY SIMPLE to book Ambrose vs Lesnar..first off, he's not winning. Cut that $hit out of your head if u expected to see that. What mattered was if he kept kicking out when he got his ass kicked...like Rock at WM 17, there in Austin's home state in TX, Rock kept kicking out of Stunners and chairshots and at one point the happy Austin crowd was STUNNED:laugh: It put the Rock over that you needed something extra to beat his face character and it put over that Austin couldn't beat the face Rock man to man like he did against heel Rock two years previous. Storytelling.

NO ONE is going to beat him. He's a booking dead end. When you face Brock, your character will regress and you'll lose any and all momentum.
Someone will beat him or else this whole thing is pointless.

It was different than what I was expecting.

I certainly was expecting orton to get beaten down into a crimson mask.

Brock is just a beast tho.:whew:

There's nobody that can stop Brock Lesnar. I'm convinced.:dame:

Has nothing to do with it. No one buys him as a champ after months of months being booked as a joke, with the penultimate being shytted on by Brock at mania. And it doesn't help hes not a good wrestler

Thats problems inflicted upon most of the roster. You can either bring a guy unscathed from NXT like Finn, or write your way around it and hope Dean's talking can do the rest.

A fitting ending to a show that dropped the ball.

I said it before and I'll say it again: Rollins/Balor should have been the main event. Especially when you consider the fact that this was for the flagship show's brand new world championship and Balor, the face, had his big win.

This match should have never happened in the first place. Nobody was begging for this to happen or wanted it. I don't know why Lesnar has gotten so lazy in the past year or so, but it's not fun to watch him squash guys anymore. It only worked once with Cena but then it became the template for every single Lesnar match. Orton was made to look like a joke out there. We couldn't even get the F-5 to RKO counter. :why:

That match was just laughable. I wasn't expecting a MOTN candidate, but come on now. The Undertaker put on two good matches with Lesnar last year. This one was 15 years in the making (apparently) and that's all you have to offer? :leostare:
