KD wasn't on those warriors teams in the last 2 seasons. I told you they are going to cancel each other out unless one gets hurt and the other carried the load and help that team wins 65+ games
They're not going to cancel each other out. Durant has been acknowledged in large as being their #1 player up to this point.

I don't see how this is even possible given that the Clippers, Spurs and Warriors should end up as the top 3 seeds out West (barring injuries obviously) - "a third" are NOT going to put Harden first while putting Westbrook second, disregarding all the other teams who have better records in both conferences. That's just simply not going to happen.

About 20 voters put Kobe first on a much worse team with less impressive numbers. Harden got 25 votes two years ago with much worse stats on a team that wins-wise might not have been much better. I think 40 is possible....and they'd be the same kind of voters who might put Westbrook second.

You put some stock in betting sites. How many wins you think they were projecting for WB when they picked him #1? They certainly weren't expecting 60 wins and a 2-seed.

Who gonna win it then?

LBJ stats are his lowest since his rookie year. Ky and Love playing at their best will overshadow some of his heroics too?

Lebron's stats aren't the lowest since his rookie year. He's averaging career highs by a long shot in assists and rebounds, and is having a good 3pt shooting season so far too. This is his best shot since he came to the Cavs.

Its going to be Kawhi then Lol.

He finished 2nd last year so so why is it out of the question for him to win it this year? His numbers went up too

Because the Spurs will likely win fewer games than the Cavs (last year they had ten more), because 24-8-10 will look better to a lot of people than 25-6-3, and because Kawhi hasn't looked like the best player in a single game past the first round two years running, while Lebron has been the dominant player in back-to-back Finals.

Actually the rockets might get that 4th spot. If the rocket get like 54 wins and Harden keeps beasting like he is now then MVP shouldn't be out of the question

I agree there might be a chance.

When the Warriors lost to the Spurs and Lakers everyone was saying they loss too much depth. How can you be a worse team but have players too good to win a MVP?

Because random dumb over reactions on the first day of the season are meaningless?

The Warriors 2-8 are better than anyone by a mile.

How do u know this shyt?:martin:

Why do u think Kobe and Shaq got 1 MVP each?
I don't mean that they won't take votes off each other at all, but they won't cancel each other out to the point where one of them won't be a leading candidate at the end of the season. This is all of course providing they finish with the 1st or 2nd best record.

The Black Star
LeBron. Sports writers tried to pass the torch to early and he is gonna win the MVP on a "We Recognize That Its Still Your League" steez.
