Kawhi's also shooting at 51% from the floor and 46% from behind the arc. Kawhi's been carrying the Spurs to the second best record in the Association. Dude's having a legendary season whereas LeBron has been the epitome of bytchassness this season. LeBron was always able to stuff the stat sheet. But everybody in the league knows that the Cavs have been nowhere near the best team in the league, despite their standing in the LEastern conference. And LeBron knows he ain't winning this year. Kawhi on the other hand has quietly been having a HOF-worthy season as the focal point of the Spurs.
I respect Bron's game but Kawhi's been putting up similar/better stats as the number 1 and his team has done decidedly better than the Cavs this year. Spurs will kill the Cavs if they happen to meet in the Finals.
This is what it should be, but it's probably gonna wind up being Green on the team instead of Durant.

. At the end of the day Bron has a better PER, all round stats and a top 3 record. The east is better than the west this year.

Stats alone don't determine if you're having a good, bad, great, or legendary season. Kawhi's play this season has been nothing short of phenomenal and the entire league has been taking notice. Dude recently made KEVIN DURANT apologize (and eat crow) for calling him a "system player" 2 years ago. And I see you had nothing to say about Kawhi shooting 51% from the field and 46% from behind the arc. He also averages 2 steals and a block per game and only 1 turnover. Dude has established himself as the best 2-way player in the league, even over Paul George. He's easily a top 5 defender in the league. He's also proved to be one of the most efficient players in the league.
Kawhi as #1 has Spurs on pace for a record breaking season and second in the West, behind the Warriors who are making history in their own right. That's better than what Lebron's doing with his squad.
And the West > East still.
The fact that the top 2 teams in the league belong in the same conference is dispositive of that. The fact that the top 2 teams in the West are both having record breaking season's proves that West > East. Dude's been bytch made throughout his entire career and especially this season. Even his boy , Windhorst, has been questioning dude.
LeBron ain't the best in the league. And if we're looking at individual skill-sets (and not accolades) Davis > LeBron.

Like others have said they may shaft Durant to get Kawhi in but I wouldn't agree with that choice either.
