Women don't need a man of means to maximize their lifestyle. They can do that on their own. Right?
As a man, I can maximize my lifestyle irrespective of how much my future wife makes. I'm not planning my life around how much she may or may not make.
1st it was 50k and now it's 80k.... Which one will Black women not accept? The dudes making less than 90k... y'all make up shyt as you go

Not to dispute the entirety of what you are saying, but the famous 78% gap for White women is touted as fact.
The reality is that when controlled for careers, the gap becomes like 4-5%.
If there was a way to control for willingness to negotiate for a raise, as well as a comparison of education --> position --> time spent at company, the gap would likely drop to around 2-3%.
The overall lazy statistic for 78% is largely due to career choice, on the part of misogynist parents, preconceived notions of a girl's math and science ability, the deliberate control of the SAT to give male students an advantage, and comfort in a career that has a higher-rate of women.
Imagine if shyt like STNAs and even RNs were 51/49 in terms of sex?
There are so many external factors that make conclusions difficult.
But you are planning your life around how well she cooks, cleans, looks, and sexes... Gender roles are ok until it's time for you to provide
