Kosher Salt

Garlic

Onion powder

Black pepper

Smoked paprika
Onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, parika really is just the magic formula. I remember when I started cooking and asked my mom what she used and that was just her answer for every damn thing :russ:

But I be throwing in some oregano too, and cayenne peppers for fried chicken,

I dont use salt like that. I use accent seasoning in its place. 60% less sodium, but does a great job as a flavor enhancer.

Didnt know that about potassium cause my BP been kinda high and the dr tried prescribing me some pills but i dont want to go down that path. Besides bananas whats high in it? I take a multi but that may not be enough
Oranges, mango, avocados. Look up any list, there are more than you think!

I didn't know people were using seasoned salt plus table salt :damn:

The only seasoned salt I use is Goya and slap ya mama and only when I'm being lazy. Otherwise, I blend my seasonings myself and just add salt to taste. It's always better to use less, you can always add more later if necessary. I know some of you are salting food before you even taste it :mjpls:. Stop.
