the albums dropped April 29 :beli:
its June and it's still #1
Top 200 Albums | Billboard

nobody was calling it a classic but the album came out over a month ago. nikkaz were supposed to treat that album like Thriller?

you a young nikka because you fallin' back on that sales talk. yeah, ok, nikka

a lot of shyt sells; hammer did, vanilla ice did, milli vanilli did so i don't wanna hear this stupid angle bout sells. yeah, it counts to some degree but you got a lot of gulliable and fickled and sheepish people when it comes to music, so you can miss me with yo billboard talk :camby:

All three have never really given uz great skilled submissions.
Just real good pr based moves that most sheep minded people fall for.

nikkaz in here making dug negative infinity.
The new will smith before six degrees of separation is remade and recast with the xxx director's cut coming later on DVD for the gay community.
Plus, the equivalent of Diana Ross with no really good records other than crazy in love.
Act as y'all litmus test for what is supposed to get you excited or keep you invested in music.

Good luck with that,.....

Art Barr

bruh, how the fukk you go from talkin' bout these 3 artists never givin' us skilled submissions to some gay porno parody flick of six degrees of separation :scust::what::huhldup::huhldup::scusthov:

If we are being real
IYRTITL's singles (know yourself etc.) were way bigger than Views
Yeezus' singles (new slaves etc.) were way bigger than Pablo
Beyonce's singles (drunk in love) were bigger than Lemonade

So even from a popularity perspective it's ehh
There are new artists out there waiting for a chance and there is no reason to be hung up on the older ones still

BINGO!!!!!! you right on the money with this shyt and nobody seems to realize this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Drakes album came and went but its number one on the album charts for the last month and he has the number one single in the country.

What do yall microwave minded nikkas base your theories on? And im far from a Drake stan.......

I just noticed that nikkas these days are so quick to scream FLOP just to fit in a bullshyt narrative

bruh, i hear you. but you can't deny that this album of drake's doesn't seem as talked about or as embraced as his last mixtape, if your reading this....

and i ain't 1 of those nikkas to scream flop like talkin' bout unless it feels like that even if it does sell

i know sells count but once an artist comes out and sells his shyt, that's it. then the test of time is the music itself and how long people will embrace it dependin' upon the quality of the music

Young nikkas dont know what flop is and also you nikkas can't see what the music industry is becoming...I stay woke thoe. Joe budden has been talking about it on his podcast for the past 10 episodes about what's really going on in the music industry.

This is what happens when Apple and Tidal try to control the charts instead of letting music naturally flow.
Yup. They set (force) the trends

Streaming services are basically the same as industry executives and labels at this point

They might even pay less than the labels do :patrice:
