Just because you dont like an album doesnt mean that it came and went...maybe for YOU it did but not everybody else
Hotline Bling is one of the biggest songs of the entire decade. Life of Pablo was essentially a mixtape, it was never intended to be considered on the level of the rest of his studio albums. With Beyonce, her singles for that self-titled album were better than Formation imo but Lemonade is still a massive hit for her fanbase (which isn't going to be most people on this site) and it's still selling wellIf we are being real
IYRTITL's singles (know yourself etc.) were way bigger than Views
Yeezus' singles (new slaves etc.) were way bigger than Pablo
Beyonce's singles (drunk in love) were bigger than Lemonade
So even from a popularity perspective it's ehh
There are new artists out there waiting for a chance and there is no reason to be hung up on the older ones still

If that were the case, why would livemixtapes and datpiff still exist and be hugely popular? I think more people are up on them sites now than back in the day. nikka you're just out the loop of current music. The fact that you think Views just came and went proves it. If you were to kick it with a young female (18/19/early 20's) you'd definitely hear that albumi felt like this was the case 10 years ago. i didn't even know mixtapes still dropped like that these days, i thought that shyt was irrelevant now lol
What's a bigger hip hop song of the 2010's? If it's not that, it's something else by DrakeOf the decade Breh......![]()
Hotline bling was huge but was never intended to be a views track but a standalone remix to cha cha that was included because it blew up. The Weeknd did the same thing by including the 50 shades song on his album. You are probably right that it's hard for us to really know about beyonce since the beyhive isn't hereHotline Bling is one of the biggest songs of the entire decade.
