Wall was the worst starter on the 2014 wizards sqaud against the bulls. I was watching that entire series. Nene whopping Noahs ass and Beal and Ariza picking up Wall's inconsistant play was what gotten them over
Kyrie is better at scoring, Wall at everything else. So you could say Wall is the more complete player, but in terms of who is better it would depend on how much emphasis you put on scoring for rating individual players
