Every Republican president after Lincoln and some Democrat presidents have been described similarly by someone or another. There are some politics that are central to who Democrats are that I would say are unquestionably anti-black. Like support of mass immigration for instance. But more important than all of that, as I have said before politics ruins everything it touches. I'm not going to temper my support of my QB because of it, and I'm not going to, say, start hating on Lebron James, or supporting someone else because of their politics. As hard as people make it, I do my best to ignore the politics and enjoy the sport.
Fun fact, Trump support among Blacks went up among blacks in 2020.
