Be you, but also be considerate of how whatever you’re saying is being translated by the other person. The point of socializing is to communicate, and the point of communicating is to make sure that the other person hearing you understands what the fukk you’re saying. Sooooo try to articulate what you wanna say in a way where anybody can understand. Until you know the person and understand their true style. Only then can you refine it a bit more to suit you 100%.

Ironically, some of Trumps most complete thoughts were his fukking tweets.Exercise, eat well and meditate. You’ll be calm in social situations with no anxiety which will help you open up to more people.

You made me think about some articles I was looking over a few weeks ago.I cant emphasize this enough. A large part of my job is communicating problems with with financial trades. You'd think ppl are more precise with their words in my environment, no. The first few mins of a convo is me trying to pull out from ppl wtf they're wanting to say. Why am i helping you form the question you want to ask me????????
I noticed this shyt outside of work too. Its like ppl vomit words out until they start making sense. Like did you but any thought into what you said? So like other humans can understand it? You might as well be talking to a wall. Trump is a master of this shyt.
Ppl would rather text than talk because its "simpler." bytch we in the same buildingsome have even devolved into fukking meme speak irl

This 100% ... The delivery of what you’re trying to say needs to be transparent and understandable to both parties in the conversation and not just in your head. Take the time to learn how to formulate a sentence so ANYONE can understand.I cant emphasize this enough. A large part of my job is communicating problems with with financial trades. Some anxeity can stem from not feeling like you're in control of things. It's funny, because my ex swore she was extroverted, but if she wasn't the center of attention or in-charge, she'd freeze up at shyt like this. Some foreigners were asked her for directions and she was stuttering and mumbling like a three year old.
Anxiety is a bytchnikkas really catching anxiety attacks when a stranger asks for the time![]()
An anxiety attack ain't that much different than an asthma attack or heart attack to me at this point. We don't laugh at people having heart attacks or asthma attacks, so we should try our best to not laugh at anxiety attacks either.nikkas really catching anxiety attacks when a stranger asks for the time![]()
So last couple of years I worked with at-risk high schoolers (in-between other shyt) to help them build self-confidence. I have a girl's group and a boy's group at a school. Trying to expand to "emergent/transitional adults" or at-risk young adults that have just graduated between the ages 18-25 because they are particularly vulnerable but I don't have time right now.
If somebody got some business acumen about them, cities and major communities would pay some big bucks to contract with companies focused on this major need.

8.) Facing and handling Rejection
9.) Putting Yourself Out There
I'm trying to remember some of our other topics too. I think we did one on building intrinsic values, and communication skills.
