The NFL is trying to deflect blame by saying that they weren't the ones who leaked the email when it's obvious that they or someone related to the organization did.

You had some people on here yesterday saying that he was only messaging NFL employees like the NFL wasn't cherrypicking what was/wasn't being released to the public.
I just find a bit hilarious that ESPN was letting their employees go unfiltered and scorched Earth about Gruden when they don't know whether or not their employees (or former) were included in those emails and to what extent.
