I'm not talking about you, I mean compared with what other dude is saying. Other dude just discrediting games, reducing them to "Just better graphics, sequels, rehash, remake, remaster blah blah." and then outright calling games trash without having played them.
Y'all gotta look at shyt in context, 2013+ compared to the start of last gen and two years into it the gaming industry is a different beast. AAA games are much more riskier, games are much more ambitious so it takes time and on top of that the adoption rate wasn't set in stone so that explains lots of cross platform games. Hell, konami thought PS4 wouldn't be selling as much so they played it safe and designed Fox Engine for last gen too to be safe.
There's imo, a good amount of games that are on next gen right now that justify buying one.
Don't look at it from the "I got a GTX 980TI with 32GB RAM and 2 2TB SSD's running in Raid-0

" angle.
If someone jumped from a PS3/360 to a PS4, not only is he getting technically and visually superior multiplatform games compared to it's last gen counterpart, he also has RIGHT NOW access to:
Bloodborne
Driveclub
Resogun
Until Dawn
Then if said person haven't really played some classics last gen due to be a 360 gamer, he can pick up TLOU Remastered which is superior to the PS3 version, Uncharted Collection which drops next month and is a REALLY good looking and improved remaster compared to the typical "1080P and 40-60ishfps" remasters and then you got upcoming titles like Fallout 4, Star Wars Battlefront etc.
