do NOT fukking buy a hisense

Nah donโ€™t buy a Hisense...I do like this TCL tv I got tho
.:ehh:

If you look at what the experts are saying, for the price and quality they are great options.

I've been researching for the last couple of weeks and all the budget brands have solid offerings from what I've seen.

I ended up getting the Sony X900h because of the size and overall quality at it's price range.

I was in a similar situation. I'm used to the 70in I have now, so I knew I wanted 75 or more for the next set I got.

You'll be able to get an OLED for your price range (1800 to 2100) but most of them will be 65in unless some crazy sales or price cuts hit for the larger sizes.

LG CX 65in is going for 1800+ right now.

5 yrs ago I'd laugh my ass off and call you a dumbass if you mentioned Hisense, TCL, Vizio. At one time samsung was trash and it's traveling towards the trash direction these days. LG was a bootleg brand not too long ago.

The same way I research videogame systems I do TVs and what I found is this community is woefully misinformed about the evolution of technology. TCL makes their own parts so they can deliver quality at a lower price point than anyone else. I believe hisense has a patent on some new tech that makes them factors. There are specific reasons why each company is here and competing. Has basically nothing to do with just "this company makes good TVs"

No :stop: Every company including Sony has its ups and downs when it comes to television. I just hate reading post that centers around what a person purchased because they become biased and ignorant about anything that is not what they just splurged on.
