How can you say microGOAT and then say you dont give a fukk about the only things xbox has :dwillhuh:

lol

i won't lie, the Gears of War campaigns were fun for a while...i beat a couple of em playing co-op with my homeboy

but the online sucked and they are all as replayable as a soulja boy record...it's definitely not a franchise that would be a dealbreaker for me or make me buy an X1

i've always hated Halo since the first xbox tho, shyt sucks

i don't even know what other exclusive titles X1 has right now besides Sunset Overdrive and uhhh...Dead Rising or whatever that zombie shyt is called

i heard they bringing Battletoads back tho, that might be worth the cop :leon:

Battltoads is just a port of the og game.

Its included in the Rare replay collection along with 29 other classic Rare games.

The OS has more features as far as things like your friends list, and being able to customize the home screen. Media playback was better at a time, though I think PS4 is catching up In that regard.

EA acces is Exclsuive to Xbox. For about $5 a month you get access to a bunch of EA titles discounts, and early access to new games before they come out.

PSN still has security and reliability problems

The app/game store on PSN is still a mess

People report a lot of issues on PSN with friends and game lists not showing up, the store loading slow, slow downloads etc.

Ps4 build quality has come into question. Controllers breaking down quickly with shytty battery life, and PS4 consoles running loud/hot

yea i have heard a few things about the build quality...and i tend to run thru controllers pretty quickly either from wear and tear, or just being clumsy, or just getting pissed off and throwing my shyt across the room on some drunk sore loser shyt :heh:

In all honesty, both are so similar that its ridiculous. PS4 sold better because of pricing and not really changing their gaming architecture or something like that (which is why you see all these remakes coming to PS4)

But as far as more shyt you can do, XB1 is easily better. I believe it has more apps, you can sync it up with your television, you can share accounts/games (me and my homie actually take turns buying games we want to play together... no homo), and now that there's backwards compatibility it's gonna get a lot better

I don't fukk with Madden but I bought it on PS4 and never opened it. I also barely fukk with COD but I do have it on XB1... It's cool. I mostly only play BF4 but never never played it on PS4

But XB1 is basically a 360 with better graphics and more shyt to do with it. The controller is better for shooting games and they have more successful stand alone shooters and more on the way I believe.

I got Planetside 2 on PS4 but have yet to play it. Seems like a fun game though

It's gonna be tough decision. If you want to go the cheap route get a PS4 (but you might as well keep your PS3). I just bought the camera for my nieces/nephews to play with when they come over and it's a cool, sleek system. PS4 is straight but I'm a XB1 guy. My XB1 has to be worth about a grand now with all the shyt I got on it

word, good breakdown

the thing about how similar the systems are is really why it's so difficult to really choose...i'm leaning towards PS4 just because they got more games i'm interested in right now and in the future, and most people i know are on it...the swappable hard drive thing and the recent media player update are also bonuses

it really seems like they are the same console tho, just with a handful of different features (PS4's being more oriented to games, X1's being more oriented to entertainment)

the dark horse :wow:

i wouldn't mind playing a few wii/wii u games....but i can't imagine paying money for one of them shyts :francis:

So Cal
in your opinion, are games like 2k, Madden and CoD better on the X1 or the PS4?

and i feel you on the rest, the functionality of the X1 is really what interests me and has kept it from being a total failure really

i use my 360 right now entirely to go on netflix/youtube/hbo go, i haven't played a game on it in over a year lol

so as far as entertainment outside of gaming, X1 is the better choice?
all those games have better reviews on ps4 and if those are the only apps you looking for, ps4 has those too.

Sony's PlayStation 4 and Microsoft's Xbox One are both consoles we'd recommend without hesitation, but the PS4 is the more complete package for gamers right now. In addition to offering the ability to play more games at full 1080p, PS4's intuitive Share menu and feature-rich controller make it the more user-friendly console in terms of both software and hardware.

Still, you'll have to consider more than nuts and bolts when choosing between these consoles. Xbox One is the more affordable of the two systems, while PS4's excellent Remote Play function and exclusive Spotify app make it well worth its price. Microsoft's system still offers the most ways to watch TV, but we wouldn't count out Sony's alluring PlayStation Vue service as it rolls out to more cities.

Xbox will continue to be the home of Halo, Gears of War and Forza, just as PlayStation will for Uncharted, God of War and Infamous, so your choice might come down to your favorite exclusives. Your decision also might be as simple as which platform your friends are already playing on, because, let's face it — nobody wants to play Destiny alone.

Both Xbox One and PS4 have a healthy lineup of stellar games, making anyone who buys either of these consoles the real winner. But overall, the PS4 is our top pick.

Unless you really need to have one right now, I would hold off and wait to see if Sony decreases the PS4 price in a few months.

This

I was going to wait until the holidays this year but decided I wanted to play Batman now so I went with the PS4 mainly because more people I know have one

I like the Xbox online service but I'm not paying for that

I don't pay for the Sony plus shyt either
