this show reminded me of a lot of movies - just take I Am Legend for example since they're similar. The best part of that movie by far is when Will is alone. Seeing the desolated world, his routine, what he gathers, how he eats, etc. as soon as the action starts, the movie steadily gets worse. i find that with a lot of action type movies too, the best part to me is the 2nd act - the scenes that aren't as worried about story advancement, just showing the character in his world.

in this show, the parts that aren't about the overall story, just the dude reacting to the lack of people, acting a fool, stealing shyt, talking to balls etc... as soon as that ended and Kristen Schaal showed up the show stopped being great. she's annoying as fukk, and while she plays the part right, i think it's still funny and will continue to watch, i kinda wish they went a different direction.
:francis:

That solo shyt would have got played out real quick

Carol is funny has hell

You got it backwards IMO....show got better as it progressed through the hour

Solo stuff was funny too though

She would have been shot dead by me after hour number 2

Yeah she worried about parkin spots and stop signs....he just want to fukk and keep it moving. But he can't right now lol. So what does she do, she holds that shyt over his head and make him do a gazillion things
Some I see make sense like fixing shyt you know. But if he does run or find another chick, he needs to introduce that chick Carol to the last Bush on earth

There is no way a show with just one person would last though.

And of course they gonna get a female fill the other persons role.

:ld:He's got to be in a coma or some long dream right? A worldwide virus occurs but there are no bodies, no animals, every highway is clear, all the houses seem to be in good condition, all the stores are fully stocked, especially that liquor store. It seems obvious it was all a dream:yeshrug:
