I would say this is fair

Microsoft capitalized on Sony's mistakes at launch. Overall though the PS3 is a better console to have though. Media capabilities are better, better exclusives, and better hardware reliability as well. Online multiplayer is free as well. At the end Sony caught up in sales so that "dominated" stat is a bit off. PS4 and XBOX One shows a console dominating...not so much last generation (No, I am not counting the Wii)

Forza and Halo are huge. A HALO game releasing on Windows will do major numbers because there are many players who have missed out on Halo since part 2. Especially Halo MCC.

they not gonna drop halo on pc because its a console seller. they dried to drop that halo online (free to play on pc) in russia and it flopped most people are playing the reverse engineered beta version of it because modders made it into a PC Halo 3.

I think Microsoft realizes the opportunity in the PC space now.

Never say never. A Forza "lite" is dropping on the PC and I think that's to test the waters on future titles.

If they've shown anything these last couple years is that they take criticism seriously and make moves to rectify the issues.

it's not just because they're not on Steam, although that is a factor for some people. currently their games are a mess. they sure aren't fulfilling the claims they've been making for years about dx12. it's amazing to me that they could be so ignorant of the wants and needs of PC gamers

they probably should have started with the free Forza game. but they didn't, and now they're in an uphill battle to prove they can do better. and if they can't do that quickly, PC gamers will throw them in the bushes. they already had a bad rep because of GFWL

and Halo also has something to prove, since it's recent iterations haven't exactly been well received. I definitely don't think a Halo game on PC is an automatic success. it has to be a good game, that functions properly, and even then there's a lot of comp on PC
