The US infrastructure has been suffering over at least the last 3 administrations. It's been noted time and time again however due to war, a lack of willingness in congress, as well as individual state issues much hasn't been done.
If Trump can come up with a comprehensive infrastructure proposal that not only repairs but also modernizes the US infrastructure and can get congress to bite, he will deserve praise.
