Nah not to my knowledge

The Judge sets the court date but you can file a motion of continuance and argue that you need more time. Prosecution can fight the motion.
However, even in this case, you still dont get to set the date, the Judge will just choose a new date.


This is all civil court tho, everyone i've sued has done this. Its really annoying

@Gold is right. And this whole shyt is weird, Meg released her statement Tuesday hours before Torys update on court came out, which happened the same day. Idk if it’s to get out in front of whatever news breaks in Torys case or if it’s to overshadow anything having to do with him, but it’s definitely.... weird.


Another thing that was never really discussed or known until Torys album came out, is Meg released her statement about the shooting on IG on Torys birthday. PR machine is definitely a beast, but the reasoning is up for debate until the case is closed. Just something to think about...
