The OJ and Snoop case? Those were decades ago, and extremely difficult homicide trials for different reasons. It's a simple case. Think like Taxstone. They put the gun in his possession. Maybe it was found on his person, or vehicle. Maybe it's even registered to him. DNA, maybe. He was already charged with the weapon, now they just added the assault. They probably have multiple witnesses, including the victim. They match the ballistics to the wound.

So let me get this straight. They were all in the vehicle and then outside of the vehicle at some point. For "no reason" this is what Meg has stated.. Tory told her to "shut up and dance" and started shooting at her.
Then she proceeds to get back in the car. Police pull them over. She never says anything about the situation that just occurred.
And then her best friend who was in the car with her stops talking to her again for "no reason".
I mean sure.. Tory might have done this. I don't put anything past anyone. But does any of this make sense? The prosecution is going to have to clear this up because otherwise all we have is a gun going off and a woman being hit by bullet fragments. That in itself doesn't show intent. I'm interested to see what the bodyguard and friend have to say.
The prosecutors obviously know more than we do is how you have to look at these things, and yeah, it will be their version of events and Tory will have his. That's the justice system. But, we can decide right now, who we believe, and change our minds down then line, if something changes.
