Of course the ATL
He's not even the most overrated player on his own team. That honor belongs to Roy Hibbert.

:childplease:

Roy Hibbert is a solid big man capable of putting up big numbers? NO ONE overrates him. Georgie p is supposed to be a top 5 player according to some and it's clear that he's NOT

Paul George started the season so hot that we believed he turned a corner that he apparently hasn't. But, I can't say most overrated in the league

He went toe to toe with Lebron in the ECF last year and he's the best player on the team with 1st or 2nd best record in the league. What do you expect? Winning overrates players and losing underrates them. PG, Roy for that matter, put his best foot forward at the best possible time last year and now they are :eat: off that shyt. :manny: Best believe if they don't show up come May, this will all be quickly forgotten.

I'm so sick of this true point guard crap. Are point guards not allowed to shoot? Are they all supposed to play like Ricky Rubio and Jason Kidd? Are we acting like Magic, Isiah, Nash, Chris Paul etc. don't shoot? If any of those guys could shoot like Curry they would shoot instead of pass every single time. Being a point guard is about decision making and it just so happens that Steph Curry shooting the ball himself is the best option available to his team most of the time, so he does it. Being a pass first point guard doesn't mean you're a true point guard. True point guard is the dumbest fukking phrase on earth.

:skip: No it's not. Paul is a true point guard, Nash is a true point guard. Clearly you don't get what I mean. Curry is more of a tweener I'd say he's an undersized shooting guard who happens to play point for his team.

He's a point due to necessity not because he's particularly great at running an offense.

"shooting" and "point" are just figurative phrases attached to the position. They don't really mean shyt.

Oh yeah you're right they would be way better with a true point guard....... say someone like Steve Nash or Rondo or hell Rubio:skip:

:what: A true point guard isn't just some fakkit that passes first, it's someone who actually runs an offense without turning the ball over like a dumbass.

Rubio is just plain fukking trash. Prime Nash at point, Steph at 2, Klay at 3 :whew:

Three barrage all day

Nash was averaging around 3.6 TOs in Phoenix, Curry is averaging 4.1. Curry is keeping that team afloat, it's Klay's lack of ball-handling ability and Iggy not being right/aggressive to help out in that area. The main problem with that team is that Thompson has been regressing ever since that first hot-month.

But prime Nash doesn't exist any more......

Iguodala is just a piece of shyt. I figured he was brought in to handle the ball and be the governor so the team wouldn't go out of control but there's too many games where he's not doing jack shyt.

Currys doing the best he can, and I'm not faulting him for that, I just think this team would be better served with someone else who can actually handle the ball out there.

I don't think Klay has regressed at all though. I dunno what people want him to do. He's a great jumpshooter and he's a scrappy defender. Not sure what else people want for him to do. He is who he is.

Just cause his shot isn't falling doesn't mean he's regressed, it just means he's not shooting the ball that well. Law of averages.

:skip: Also, not sure why you bringing up the turnover margin when nash averaged more assists with less turnovers while doing way more than Curry is doing right now.

Different offensive system though to be fair.

He can handle the ball out there, and no they wouldn't be better with any other PG. Curry only averaged around 3.2 TOs in the first month, because Klay was pulling his weight, now Curry is forced to do more because Iggy still isn't right from his injury + isn't aggressive enough with the ball and Klay's shooting like garbage - if everyone played up to their abilities, we wouldn't even be talking about how GS needs a true point guard.

You obviously haven';t been watching GS games - he's regressed. He shot 38% in January and has been shooting 40% from the field ever since November.
