I don't think its possible for Naruto to be in the GOAT discussion simply because it arguably has the worst drop in quality of all time. And for the record, I've got Cowboy Bebop and Baki The Grappler ahead of DBZ

DBZ is great as long as you don't rewatch it. Unfortunately, I had to learn that for myself.

Naruto had a spark when it started but Kishi proved to be a hack in the end. Naruto can't sit on the throne with the shonen GOATs.
