I don't think we have affirmative action any more. I know we have employment equity, where it's based on merit...obviously there should be diversity in there.More emphasis on merit though.

Thing about this is that people can just hire a few women and a few Asians and there it's diverse.

More minorities live below or at the poverty line funny thing is you think scholarships are handed out like candy.don't make me laugh. Kids go to school hungry, can't afford books or tuition.​
