Most of the time people look for something to blame for their shortcomings and a lot of you blame white people. It's funny because minorities are given just as many chances as whites. There are specific cases where race plays a factor but in general everyone is given a fair chance. I realize this is the internet and most people are trolling but I also acknowledge that a lot of idiots spend their times on the internet.

I don't know where you've been and what you've seen but I don't agree that everyone is given a fair chance (generally speaking).

There are racial quotas to be met by most companies, race based scholarships, affirmative action in schools and workplace, race based political special interests groups and government subsidies for minority business owners

We're gonna act like white people are oppressors now?

Those quotas wouldn't need to be in place if companies were willing to treat everyone equal. I would rather be hired somewhere because of what I know and not because I'm just there so they can boast about having a minority working for them.
