She draws it to herself and the issue is this woman's body is in an unhealthy state. She isn't body positive she's ignoring the issues her lifestyle causes and indulging in it. If she's going to be obese she should own in. By that I mean acknowledge how unhealthy it is to be in that state and not pretend that her body is some uncontrollable circumstance that was dealt to her and she's beautiful despite it. She's the opposite of this
