she's not gonna be "cover girl" material forever, she's not gonna be the hottest thing going

She needs to chill out, this is embarrassing no matter how comfortable she is in her skin.
She's almost 32. She can't carry that weight too much longer without her health giving out on her. You can be that big in your 20s like it's nothing but once you're approaching the middle of your 30s that shyt will beat you down. When she has that health scare she's not gonna have much of a choice. It's either lose the weight or die.

At the end of the day life is about making choices. You can't just do whatever you want and have it be fine. Adults have to make hard choices. I get that food addiction is real but it all comes down to them deciding they won't let such things control, ruin, and ultimately end their lives anymore.
None of these obese women are getting this way eating massive amounts of grilled chicken and broccoli. They're eating a bunch of bullshyt and there's gonna be a price to be paid for it. I'd argue that it's more important for them to confront such facts in their 20s when they can reverse the damage than to bury their heads in the sand and pretend everything is fine until it's too late.
