You say this but it's easy to take in massive amounts of calories when you're eating all bullshyt. Example just 2 Pop Tarts is like 420-450 calories. That's 22% of your daily caloric intake at 2000 calories and it won't fill you up. You eat that shyt and within an hour you're gonna need more food.

A 12 ounce can of Mtn Dew and 2 Pop Tarts is a full meal's worth of calories almost no fiber and hunger again in less than an hour.
