have you been to a county hospital?
You want every hospital to be like that?

I dont think people realize how much people in countries like Canada pay in taxes...im not talking about just FED/State...but how they tax Cars, and other services.

They pay like 50% in France...you really trying to go in that direction?

I for sure think there are things that need to be changed...but its more to do w/ these hospitals, doctors, (basically the healthcare system) over charging for everything. shyt shouldnt be as expensive as it is.
I went to a county hospital once and it was scary. But usually county hospitals are the 1 hospital for poor people to go. And they're not many of them. So naturally they're packed.

True competition could change it. In a perfect world, the gov would be that competition. Allow more people to buy into medicare

Canada sounds like Impossibleland :mjcry:

healthcare, human rights code, charter of rights and freedom

but we also cold as hell, expensive - example average house cost in canada is like 450k, compared to the states where you can buy a crib for like 150k or whatever, and like 76% white, blacks only 3% of the total population

they do, it's why many rich Canadians go to the states to the mayo clinic or overseas since they don't want to wait or to try trial drugs and procedures and ish.

Which there is a little known loop hole(they have to pay out of pocket first), that those rich dudes still get paid back for going to the states for cancer care.

But yup, if a homeless dude has cancer, he is in the same line as the rich dude for treatment.

I remember belinda stronach when she had breast cancer went to the states for some new treatment, but she paid out of pocket her own expenses.

1) Non private rooms are for smelly poor people and immigrants

2) Wouldnt there be some kind of waiting list for that treatment? Or is that just of you needed donor tissue?

3) Good insurance goes a long way. I just had double jaw surgery this summer that totaled over 4-5 k. Insurance covered all but bout 75 bucks lol

Dbl jaw surgery... Who whooped yo azz? :banderas:

Yup, but then she was able to get reimbursed for paying out of pocket. Most rich Canadians go to the US b/c they can skip the lines still get good care, and pay the ridiculous cost. Then wait 2 years to get paid back.

I am not complaining, get's them out of the que..

Great story, but lets not act like if yall had a daughter with cancer, there would be an uproar of support.

Hell, if she was complaining about pain, yall would probably be like "shut up, bytch! U aint leah!"
