He produced TONS of Nickelodeon shows when he was just a TEENAGER. So he was already rich and had all the connects and puzzy.

this plus, he still is an executive at Nickelodeon (said this on howard stern recently), so he as access to all the up and coming stars, and he's relevant to the younger generation cuz you see him on both nickelodeon and NBC and everywhere else it seems.

If you look at His career dude put in MAD work behind the scenes when he was a teenager at Nickoldeon. His work ethic is insane and he executive produces pretty much everything he's involved in.



I've said this before and I'll say it again if I had a son I'd rather he be Nick Cannon than Lil Wayne.....
