Clothes should be a minimal part of your expenses. If you buy quality clothes and take care of them they should last years if not a lifetime.
I still have the same leather jacket and pea coat from 08-09’. Leather jacket cost me about $140, pea coat about $40. Pea coat no longer fits me well though.
