All jokes aside, that shyt looks painful as fukk. I read back in the day how Mr. Perfect really fukked his spine up so bad where he had to have a shytload of surgeries and got addicted to those painkillers which eventually killed him :picard:
Maybe for the Giant cause of his size but overall outside of the leg hook, it’s a vertical suplex… a move just about every wrestler takes and receives basically lol

He doesn't do it by himself. Big Show (?) pushes and basically does a front flip, Perfect's left arm is really doing most of the work making sure he clears his head. Not saying its easy, he still does a little lifting, but there shouldn't be a bulk strain on his back if Big Show (or Giant?) jumps on time which they did.

The part where he comes down, in balance, to bridge his back and legs is all Curt Henning.
