Someone's GOAT (NOT MINE) got whooped in a first round series after getting gifted a top 5 player in the league

Is Bron getting another ring as a 1st or 2nd option?

Kobe never even finished top 2 in DPOY voting, Lebron has twice. Kobe made more defensive teams because it's easier to get voted as a guard. He was never a better defender than Bron.

One got double the amount of FMVPs and never got carried to a ring by a teammate averaging 23 more PPG :unimpressed:
Kobe doubled LeBron in all NBA defense selections . Kobe is the superior defender this isn’t even debatable . Kobe is tied for most all NBA defense awards . LeBron ain’t even close. You’re delusional on this topic . DPOY runner up isn’t an award :mjlol: Plus it’s easy to focus on defense when you have a super team to lean on.

Lebrons rings are quarters . They should only be weighted at .25 . Any MVP caliber player manipulate parity like he did and win (look at Durant ) I notice yall go hard on Durant but for your false God it’s different . :mjpls:

Kobe and MJ are better . It’s only a debate for ESPN employees

Why are Kobe fans always casuals? :dead:

All-defense is awarded by position, there are far better defensive forwards than their are defensive guards. Kobe made a bunch of those selections based on reputation when he wasn't even an elite defender anymore. Kobe has more first team all-defensive selections than Tim Duncan, was he also better than him defensively? :mjlol:

Lebron finished second in voting twice in DPOY and should have won in 2013. Kobe was never considered one of the best defensive players in the league. Not rocket science why that is a better gauge of their standing as defensive players.

So how are Kobe's sidekick rings weighted then? :skip:

But since you love discussing these media awarded accolades, explain why Lebron has more All-NBA selections, all-star selections, MVPs, and FMVPs? :jbhmm:

It's also much easier to average more rebounds as a forward that is 3 or 4 inches taller than guards.

its also easier to average more assists when you play in a heliocentric offense instead of a structured read and react offense.

Bron was never more skilled than Kobe.

You don't know shyt about basketball :mjlol:

this is such a strawman argument.

Another strawman argument. Any MVP candidate can jump from franchise to franchise and ruin parity by playing with the best competition. Obviously the achievements are all cheap and not earned without tipping the scale. It's easy to achieve when you game the system as we saw with Durant who hasn't done shyt without the warriors. Cheap rings. It was just funny that Durant beat Lebron at his own game and got two final MVPs on his dome :damn:

The one time Bean and Lebron were supposed to meet in the finals Bron got packed up Dwight. Kobe got Finals MVP that season :mjpls: I wish Lebron and Bean played in that finals Kobe would have swept his ass and you know it :russ:
So how are Kobe's sidekick rings weighted then? :skip:
As @Sccit and other have shown Kobe was not a sidekick. Shaq and his dynamic was 1A 1B. We never beat the Spurs without bean. Kobe was actually better to the point where Phil told him to dial back at times with his scoring outburst to prevent Shaq from having a toddler tantrum :mjlol. Kobe won two more without shaq which proves that Kobe was always better. Nobody is arguing who had the better career between the two of them anymore. You have such a 2004 argument :mjlol: . You are making a false equivalence between literally cheating the parity system and winning cheap rings along with cheap accolades. Bringing up Shaq is such a deflection :mjlol:

Plus LeBron had the benefit of playing in the east. He had east coast media bias. Compeition was already weaker in the east those days.

You aren't really arguing anything btw. Your argument is basically "lol Kobe not good defender he got those awards based on reputation". HE was one of the best guard defenders EVER. He earned everything the right way too :mjpls: Not cheap and easy like your boy :umad:

Every loves to use the "he's over 40" excuse for Bron, but here's the problem.

Him being old is not an excuse. It's the same as being too young, just the opposite end of the spectrum.

So when Bron stans were kicking shyt on Jordan for losing in the first round when he was young, and now trying to use it as an excuse when old, it's hypocritical.

Ime had it partially right

AGE is not an excuse.

All Bron is doing by continuing to play is giving everyone more ammo to take him out the top 5 discussion.

And it's all HIS FAULT

He can't use the 40 excuse because he's on hgh and hasn't lost enough athleticism if he's was a nba live player is athleticism dropped from 99 to like 93 so yea he don't get that 40 year old excuse
